PROCESSING TIME :
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner.
You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. We are not responsible for incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. In the event that your shipment is delayed via USPS or inclement weather situations, please use your tracking number to manage your shipment directly with USPS or contact Elliott Games customer assistance via email.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
******All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 days of purchase-
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is based on USPS Priority or Express Flat Rate times in your states. International orders may take longer. See below.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, customs, tariff and fees may apply. Please check your country's custom rates where applicable. Please note that it is standard for deliveries to be confirmed and photographed to protect customers and shipper.

return & exchange policy

***REFUNDS ONLY ON NEW UNOPENED IITEMS***

Game must be unopened and in the same new condition as shipped from our warehouse.. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, used, soiled, and without original packaging. Items must be in a condition suitable for immediate resale. This includes original shrink wrap protective packaging.

2. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our requirements including all of the return criteria above.

3. Customer is responsible for shipping fees back to Elliott Games Agent receiver.

4. Shipping fees are non refundable.

5. We carefully inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged product is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of use, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a refund.

**Please include your original packing slip so we can credit your card correctly.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
If return is accepted , upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit or refund will be processed within 14 business days or sooner. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Please note that chargebacks will not be approved without proper verification from the financial institution along with our investigation outcome report.
