STORE POLICIES
Orders
Orders may be placed online through our secure website. Please be sure to include your full name, business name (if applicable), phone number, email address, and street address, so that we can contact you with any questions and update you with the shipping and tracking information for your order.
Process Time
We (Elliott Games) process orders in batches twice per week. This may mean that your shipping will not occur for several days. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will be notified of shipping and tracking details.
Cancellation and Order Change Policy
Once an order has been shipped, no cancellations are possible. Similarly, if you wish to add to your order, we reserve the right to treat any additions as a second order incurring additional shipping charges.

Please visit our return and refund policy page for more details. If your order has not been received in the time it was advised due to USPS or carrier error, please send us an email to contact@elliottadmin.com with the Subject Line TRACKING as well as detailed information in response to below.

Product Availability.
We carry a high velocity item which is popular in some markets. If for some reason we are unable to ship all number of items in your order, we will notify you of availability. In most cases, we will ship partial orders and remit remaining orders when products are in stock.

Any other content that is prohibited by Applicable Law in the jurisdiction from which the message is sent.

Product Information. We make every effort to provide you with accurate information that is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Elliott Games is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact customer service. We will not refund purchases of products that are perceived to be dissimilar from what was advertised. We manufacture a high quality item and stand by our creative and manufacturing processes.

Elliott Admin may send occasional emails about changes to its services, newsletters or special offers. If you would like to opt-out of receiving such emails please click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email from us, or send us an email stating that you do not wish to receive promotional communications. If you do opt-out, you will continue to receive non-promotional communications regarding the status of your orders or your account.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE/CHARGEBACKS
We guarantee the quality of all of our products. When you order from us, you are assured that our products are of the highest quality. We ask that you notify us of problems or dissatisfaction within 24hrs of the receipt of your order so it can be investigated. We will not honor any chargebacks for items that were erroneously purchased or does not meet our return and refund policies. In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by us. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent. We will vigorously combat, investigate instances of abuse and fraud with our financial partners. Please note that we capture IP addresses as part of our transaction processes when using this site.
